Fusion Baked Chicken Leg

I love this Fusion Chicken. It is a mixed of Indian spices with chinese sauce. I usually make this whenever I am bingeing on Netflix. No time to cook, just marinate it and put in the fridge for a couple of hours. Just before dinner time, place it in the oven and in an hour, it is ready. You can add any side dish you wish. Just boil potatoes or vegetables or corn. It will be a complete meal. Enjoy!

RECIPE :

A. Marinate chicken leg (2 pieces) with 1tsp salt + 1tsp of curry powder + 1tsp tumeric powder + 1tsp chilli powder + 2tbsp oyster sauce + a pinch of pepper. Marinate for at least 2-3 hours. (longer the better).

B. Placed in the oven over 190C for about 45-60 minutes. Check to see if chicken is cooked thoroughly. If not, add another 10minutes. Ready. Enjoy.
